Chris was far above what is required and expected! This was my first home and I was in the best hands I feel I could have been in. I would say he answered 95% of my phone calls immediately, the other 5% he was back to me in a matter of minutes. He worked on weekends, on a holiday that happened to fall during the process and late into the night. I had inconceivable problems with my lender not answering my phone calls or giving me any updates, Chris not only called and moved things along he even went in person to speak with the company that would not take the process seriously. He knew about the physical components of the houses; he knew what neighborhoods to look at and which ones to stay away from. He also helped me with what should be negotiated with the seller to be fixed before purchase and the overall purchase price. I will be using him in the future no doubt. Not to mention he splits his commission with his clients.
