CHRISTOPHER FREYRE l Principal Broker
Christopher Freyre was born and raised in Tampa, Fl at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and received his education from Incarnation Catholic School through being awarded a grant for the accounting program at the University of South Florida. As a Florida native Christopher’s great grandfather was born in Tampa and Christopher is a father of a family of 5th generation Floridians. He witnessed the State’s tremendous growth over decades and its great transformation from a seasonal vacation and retirement only destination to our country’s leading state for the combination of the quality of life, sunny climate, and beautiful surroundings embodied by quaint charming towns and bustling metropolitan cities. Christopher’s intimate knowledge of this region and his experiences of having lived in the sunshine state all of his life showcase his enthusiasm and to make his home, your home. Christopher also has a background in the home building construction business and has attained a wealth of techniques and knowledge that transferred to his customer’s process when buying a resale home or new construction.
Christopher’s character displays honesty and compassion and as an agent known for his market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to his customers, his success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his customers by working tirelessly on their behalf and values the trust that his customer’s place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Christopher has been a top producing agent for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and consistently ranks in the list of the top 5 percent with over $70 million in sales.

ROBERT FREYRE | Broker
Robert A. Freyre has been in the real estate business since 1982 and affiliated with such brokerages as Century 21, Geiger Real Estate, ERA polo group and is the principal broker and co-founder of Freyre Real Estate and the Florida Real Estate Agency. Mr. Freyre was born in New York City and became a primary resident of Tampa in 1970 after following many of his wife Nora’s family who are 5 th generation Floridians. Robert has a multitude of knowledge in the lending aspect of the real estate industry. Collaborating with many of the top lenders and funding sources during his period as a loan originator led him forward to start and operate the state license mortgage broker business Freyre Financial. Mr. Freyre’s passion for real estate and previous experience from the construction industry provides his customers and agents the ability to benefit regarding new construction and home building. During his original career in construction, he worked on many projects with various contracting companies throughout the Tampa Bay area. Robert helped build some of the most well-known buildings in the Tampa area that include The Bayshore Diplomat, Plant High School Library, Westshore Kennedy Center, and the University of South Florida Mental Health Center. Mr. Freyre embraces the opportunity to assist and educate agents, home buyers, and sellers on the
many principles and aspects of Real Estate. As a principal broker, Robert’s first priority is to make his agents and customers happy. He listens to their wants and needs to achieve the very best outcome for every transaction and strives to ensure that the homebuying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress free. SCOTT FREYRE | Realtor Business Development
Scott Freyre’s experience and knowledge stems from the related industries of Construction, Land Development and Commercial/Residential Real Estate Investments. His Nearly 30 years of business started when he first formed a successful remodeling and renovation company in 1992. Some of his projects that decade came from the rebuilding of properties due to Hurricane Andrew and the impact of growth in the South and Central Florida Areas. Addition to the construction business Mr. Freyre has partnered and invested in retail centers, mortgage companies, restaurants, yacht brokerage, and luxury spec homes. Scott Freyre is a certified green build specialist (GPRO) from the University of Miami, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of The United States Green Build Council (USGBC) Scott Freyre’s self-driven entrepreneurial spirit and keen sense for the development of properties combined with the passion for Real Estate led him to a career as a Realtor. As a professional advisor he believes that it is critical to provide accurate information, clear communication and commitment in order to achieve excellent service and ultimately cater to the individual needs of each customer. Scott Freyre’s family history contains fifth generation Floridians and have established valued professional resources and relationships within the community.
